Perform UniGe manages and implements higher education and lifelong learning projects for the University of Genoa, planning and delivering masters and advanced courses.
The collaboration with Perform UniGe began to respond to the urgent need to give visibility to a series of masters and advanced training courses with a sharp decline in enrollment. In a limited digital scenario, especially in the use of digital channels, we have created a campaign strategy that would enhance the presence of partner companies and at the same time it could be a starting point to building a structured digital strategy over time. Together with the campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, we have created specific landing pages to improve the brand awareness for blue and green economy educational offer. Finally, we opted for the creation of a Showcase Page and the related monthly social editorial plan, in order to develop an authoritative organic presence on LinkedIn.

The University Campus “Marconi” of La Spezia gave TWOW the challenge of increasing course registration in a difficult year which already foresaw a decrease of activity at a national level. When the project started in June 2020, there had been no history of online communication or advertising. We, therefore, started from developing the campaign concept and by producing the corporate video, the core of every activity. Subsequently, our client’s complete trust in us allowed us to experiment: with the advertising strategy, developing TikTok as a positioning channel – perfectly in target – and installing a chatbot to support the administration with providing course-related information and answering students’ most frequently asked questions.

Much more than a publishing house. For more than 35 years, Erickson has been developing: contents, methods, and instruments with the aim of spreading a culture of inclusion.
One year after we started managing Erickson’s Google Ads account, through a complete renovation and constant optimisation, sticking to the budget invested, we increased the generated turnover from the channel by 6 times (+ 300%) and doubled the overall turnover. Furthermore, we offered our consultancy for the reorganisation of Facebook’s advertising account which allowed the internal resources to manage the campaigns autonomously, whilst working in synergy with other activated advertising channels.
