Founded in Genoa in 2019, International Shippers Documentation has revolutionized support for companies exporting to Africa by simplifying the process of obtaining the Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN), along with other essential pre-shipment certificates.
The collaboration with this entity was established with the goal of transforming their website into a business and communication tool, capable of effectively addressing the needs of a global and multilingual market.
The Challenge
The project aimed at a redesign of the website, based on careful market research and focused on optimization for future marketing activities: SEO and lead generation advertising campaigns.
From What to WOW
Starting from a careful market research, we integrated SEO, UX, and CRO analyses.
Through structured interviews, we mapped out the specific needs of International Shippers Documentation, outlining a redesign plan for their website on a multilingual platform, ensuring performance and easy backend management.
After SEO optimization, we initiated Google Ads campaigns, further enhancing site visibility and appeal.
A few months after the launch, the website significantly improved its position on search engines, both in Italy and France, expanding its audience and customer base.
