Goals

In the Italian startup ecosystem, DoctorApp has stood out in the healthcare sector, becoming a leading SME for the health of every citizen: from prevention to treatment, through a Patient-Centric system.

The collaboration with TWOW stems from the need to increase downloads of the application and generate leads of qualified physicians, ready to subscribe to the service

The challenge

DoctorApp sought in TWOW a strategic partner capable of navigating the delicate healthcare marketing environment, which is deeply influenced by privacy regulations.

From what to WOW

The path undertaken together with TWOW followed an articulate and visionary roadmap. After defining the content and advertising strategy through collaborative workshops, we focused on lead generation through Google campaigns and Meta Ads, with a constant focus on performance. The “Strongholds Strategy” adopted by DoctorApp in collaboration with TWOW is a targeted geographic expansion approach of concentrating resources and marketing efforts in a few defined areas. The goal was building a solid base of users and healthcare professionals (e.g., acquisition of dedicated sales + OOH campaigns + targeted brand awareness & lead generation activities). In summary, this strategy is a holistic approach that combines geo-localized marketing tactics, strategic partnerships, and robust results tracking, all aimed at achieving sustainable, long-term growth for DoctorApp.
