De Wave Group, a leader in naval interior design and technical systems for the cruise and yacht industry, approached TWOW with the objective of renewing and strengthening its online presence. Specifically, the project aimed to:

Reflect growth and evolution by updating the website to effectively mirror the group’s ongoing expansion and the incorporation of its recent acquisitions.

Augment HR content and bolster employer branding efforts by establishing dedicated areas for HR video content. Enhance the presentation of case studies by refining the structure and viewing experience, thereby boosting the site’s commercial impact

The project posed a complex and multifaceted challenge. Integration of the Italian Language: Integrating the Italian language into the website was essential to bolster De Wave Group’s presence in the local market and support its employer branding program, thereby making the site more accessible and relevant to the Italian audience.

Harmonization of Corporate Image: Updating the website while preserving the existing visual identity was crucial. This involved renewing and modernizing De Wave Group’s image through a seamless integration of all the brand’s previous visual assets.

Meeting the Needs of a Diverse Audience: The website had to be crafted to effectively cater to the needs of an international audience, yet maintain strong relevance for the Italian public

The strategy

To address these challenges, we implemented a multi-tiered strategy.

High-Quality Content: We worked in close collaboration with De Wave Group to curate and enhance the website’s content. Starting from the existing materials, we selected and integrated new, high-caliber content, aimed at maximizing impact on the targeted audience.

SEO and Visibility: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) was a pivotal element of our strategy. We concentrated on boosting the site’s visibility, particularly in relation to job opportunities and international industry events.

Technical Aspect: Special focus was placed on the site’s usability. Our objective was to ensure smooth navigation and quick access to the most pertinent content for De Wave Group’s varied audience. This entailed meticulous user interface design and a website structure that facilitated content discovery and interaction.
