Since 2019 we have been working together with AISM with the aim of solving a comment management issue related to online advertising. Later, we were involved in the first marketing automation experiments (through the creation of a “welcome mail” flow) and in the setting up of a chatbot aimed at fundraising. In addition, we took care of all the social and advertising activities of the Happy Hour Revolution internal project (with the aim of making the initiative known to the people closest to AISM and the pathology). Lastly, between 2021 and 2022, we worked on the “Google My Business” project with the aim of having total governance of digital platforms thanks to the construction of a mapping of over 100 GMB cards. This strategic and geolocalised alignment of the Provincial Sections (and other physical touchpoints of AISM) allowed the digital representation of the physical reality of the Association.
